With reference to its letter dated 8th November, 2021, wherein the company had furnished the Outcome of Postal Ballot and Disclosure of Voting Results of Postal Ballot through Remote E-voting, in accordance with Regulations 30 and 44(3) of the Listing Regulations. In this connection, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services has informed that in Resolution No.2, the Total Number of Votes Polled should be read as 101,61,78,697 instead of 101,61,78,590 and Total Number of Votes in Favour of the Resolution should be read as 101,61,72,542 instead of 101,61,72,288. Accordingly, the company enclosed the revised Report under Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations along with the Scrutinizer’s Report. There are no changes in the Voting Results submitted in XBRL on BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India.
