Honda India Power Products has informed that the Extra Ordinary General Meeting ((EGM’) of the Company was held on November 10, 2021 and the businesses mentioned in the Notice dated October 11, 2021 were transacted. Tanuj Vohra, Managing Partner, TVA & Co. LLP, Practicing Company Secretaries was appointed as the Scrutinizer for conducting the remote E-voting in a fair and transparent manner. The Scrutinizer has submitted his consolidated Report on November 10, 2021 and based on the Report of the Scrutinizer, the Resolutions as set out in the Notice as aforesaid have been duly considered at the said EGM. In this regard, the company enclosed the following: Voting Results of the E-voting as required under Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations Annexure-A and Report of the Scrutinizer dated November 10, 2021, pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014 Annexure-B. The Voting Results along with the Scrutinizer’s Report is also available on the Company’s website at www.hondaindiapower.com.
