GE T&D India declines on reporting net loss of Rs 8 crore in Q2

GE T&D India is currently trading at Rs. 129.90, down by 3.90 points or 2.91% from its previous closing of Rs. 133.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 130.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 130.80 and Rs. 127.40 respectively. So far 17714 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 153.85 on 17-Jun-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 85.60 on 11-Nov-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 134.85 and Rs. 127.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3346.53 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.39% and 9.61% respectively.

GE T&D India has reported net loss at Rs 7.73 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2021 as compared to net profit of Rs 8.61 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 2.82% at Rs 851.90 crore for Q2FY22 as compared Rs 876.63 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

GE T&D India is engaged in power transmission and distribution. Its products and systems serve to transmit and distribute electricity, ensure the reliability, quality and safety of energy flows, as well as operate efficient networks through information management.
