TGV Sraac’s board has given approval for making an investment upto Rs 10 crore in Equity of Brilliant Bio Pharma (BBPL). The Company intends to enter into the field of pharma in future for forward integration and value addition. By partnering with the already established BBPL, investee company will help the company to understand and make a step to focus on the pharma for future. The Board on consideration of Audit Committee recommendation dated November 11, 2021 has given approval to the same.
TGV Sraac (Formerly Known as Sree Rayalaseema Alkalies and Allied Chemicals) is engaged in the Business of leading producer of Chlor-Alkali products, Chloromethane and also manufactures Castor Derivatives and Fatty Acids.
