Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations, the company enclosed the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021 (‘Financial Results’) and Limited Review Report on the Financial Results issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The aforesaid results are also being disseminated on Company's website at www.cslfinance.in. The meeting commenced at 12.00 noon and concluded at 02:40 pm.
