Gujarat Gas Company has informed that under the Gujarat Gas Company Employee Stock Option Plan 2008, as per the exercise mandate from the Option holders for Options Vested in him, IDBI Trusteeship Services (ITSL), the Trustees of the Gujarat Gas Company Employee Welfare Stock Option Trust, as per the said mandate, has sold 306 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 2 each of the Company through open market sale on BSE on November 23, 2012.
Further it has sold 67,694 and 31,000 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 2 each of the Company through open market sale on NSE and BSE respectively on November 26, 2012.
