JSW ISPAT Steel has informed that pursuant to an Order dated October 16, 2012 passed by the Regional Director, Eastern Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Kolkata, under Section 17(1) of the Companies Act, 1956, which has been registered by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, on November 27, 2012, the location of the registered office of the company has been shifted from the State of West Bengal to the State of Maharashtra.
However, the registered office of the company shall be located at Victoria House, 2nd Floor, Pandurang Budhkar Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai - 400 013.
