Aavas Financiers has raised Rs 99 crore through the allotment of 990 rated, listed, senior, secured, redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value Rs 10 lakh each to ICICI Prudential Regular Savings Fund, ICICI Prudential Medium Term Bond Fund and ICICI Prudential All Seasons Bond Fund. The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution passed on November 26, 2021 has approved the allotment of the same.

Aavas Financiers is a retail, affordable housing finance company, primarily serving low and middle income self-employed customers in semi-urban and rural areas in India.
