Further to its letter dated 13 November 2021 and pursuant to Regulation 47 and 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, Poonawalla Fincorp has informed that it attached Newspaper Advertisement with respect to Corrigendum to the Notice of Postal Ballot dated 2 November 2021. This Corrigendum should be read in conjunction with the original Notice which were already emailed to the shareholders. The advertisement has been published in leading English Newspaper (The Financial Express) and in Regional language newspaper (Aajkal) on 26 November 2021.
