In this connection, the e-voting in respect of the resolutions contained in the Postal Ballot Notice will commence at 10.00 am on Sunday, November 28, 2021 and shall end at 5.00 pm on Monday, December 27, 2021. The Postal Ballot results would be submitted on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 after the voting ends, with the stock exchanges in accordance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
