LGB Forge has informed that the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on 26th November, 2021 have decided to seek approval of the Shareholders of the Company through Postal Ballot for the appointment of one Non Executive Non Independent Director and four Non Executive Independent Directors. The Board had appointed P. Eswaramoorthy and Company, Company Secretaries, Coimbatore to act as Scrutiniser for conducting the Postal Ballot process. The calendar of events and the Notice for the proposed Postal Ballot process is attached for reference.
