However, this is to confirm that the Company has from time to time complied with the disclosure requirements stated under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The Company shall make necessary disclosures to the Stock Exchanges as and when any reportable event occurs, requiring disclosures under the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
