Wipro has informed that the Company has granted 77,38,817 Restricted Stock units under Company’s ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 and 23,92,609 Restricted Stock units under Company’s Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007 to the identified employees of the Company and its subsidiaries. This grant is effective from December 01, 2021. These shall vest as per the vesting schedule approved by the Board Governance, Nomination and Compensation Committee of the Board and can be exercised over the exercise period as approved by the Committee.
