In terms of Regulation 29 and such other regulation(s) as may be applicable of the Listing Regulations, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 10th Day of Dec, 2021 at 04.00 pm at the Registered Office of the Company, to allot upto 1,70,69,200 warrants convertible into Equity Shares on preferential basis. In accordance with 'Insider Trading Code 2015’ of the Company for Prohibition of Insider Trading and pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing / trading in the equity shares of the Company, will be closed with effect from 6th Dec, 2021 for consideration on the above matter by the Board. The Trading Window will open after 48 hours of the above outcome filed with the Exchange. Take the above on record and the same be treated as compliance under the applicable regulations under the SEBI Listing Regulations.
