Pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, Yash Innoventures has informed that the company has made following transaction for the purpose of Business expansion: Purchase of Land at Kolet situated at Village Kolet, Taluka Sanand in the Registration District Ahmedabad and Sub-District of Sanand in the State of Gujarat admeasuring 31,784 sq. mts. from Kolet Resort Club to carry out the project of Residential Plotting Scheme on the said land. The total construction would be around 3 to 5 lakh sq. ft. It is very near to Ahmedabad and suitable for the Residential Bungalows. The total project size would be approx 25 to 30 Crores.
