Pursuant to exercise of stock options held by eligible employees of the Company under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018 (‘ESOS 2018’) and Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007 (‘ESOS 2007’), 3i Infotech has informed that the Company has allotted 3,23,580 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each to such eligible employees on December 6, 2021. Consequent to the aforesaid allotments, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is now Rs 1,64,67,18,070 representing 16,46,71,807 fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs 10 each. Credit and listing procedures for the aforesaid shares will be proceeded with shortly.
