Further to its Letter dated 6th November, 2021 forwarding a Notice of the meeting of the Secured Creditors of the company being convened to be held on 8th December, 2021 as directed by the National Company Law Tribunal at Hyderabad, Sagar Cements has informed that the said meeting was duly held on today under the Tribunal appointed Chairman B.Venkata Prasad, Advocate and the results of the polling on the resolutions placed before the said meeting will be informed to the esteemed exchange in due course.
