Nippon Life India Asset Management has informed that the Allotment Committee, has today approved the following allotments 11,574 Equity Shares of Face Value Rs.10 each under the 'Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2017 ('NAM INDIA ESOP 2017')'; and; 15,824 Equity Shares of Face Value Rs.10 each under the 'Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2019 ('NAM INDIA ESOP 2019'). Consequently, with effect from December 7, 2021, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-Up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 62,16,94,074 Equity Shares of Face Value Rs.10/- each, details are as attached. The above 27,398 Equity Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects.
