Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III, Para A, Clause (7B), it further confirmed that there is no other material reason for resignation of Mitra as Independent Director of the Company, other than those cited above and a confirmation from him in this regard is enclosed.
