Pursuant to exercise of stock options held by eligible employees of the Company under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018 (‘ESOS 2018’), 3i Infotech has informed that the Company has allotted 4,23,980 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each to such eligible employees on December 13, 2021. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is now Rs 1,65,09,57,870 representing 16,50,95,787 equity shares of Rs 10 each. Credit and listing procedures for the aforesaid shares will be proceeded with shortly.
