Reliance Industries’ telecom arm retains top position with highest average data download speed

Reliance Industries’ (RIL) telecom arm -- Reliance Jio Infocomm (Jio) retained its top position with the highest average data download speed of 24.1 megabits per second among 4G service providers in November. According to the latest data published by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Jio network recorded around a 10 percent rise in average 4G data download speed.

Reliance Industries is India’s largest private sector company. The company’s activities span hydrocarbon exploration and production, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals, retail and 4G digital services.
