Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Oriental Aromatics has informed that the Company has received an email intimation from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent on 15th December, 2021 with respect to the details of the duplicate share certificate issued in lieu of the Original share Certificate, which was reported as lost/misplaced by the shareholder. The details of the same are enclosed and a copy of intimation received from its RTA is also enclosed.
