Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone’s (APSEZ) wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Ports Technologies in joint venture (JV) with Empezar Software Labs has incorporated a subsidiary company viz. ‘EZR Technologies’ on December 14, 2021, with share participation in the ratio of 51:49.

‘EZR Technologies’ has been incorporated to carry on the business of software designing, technology or applications related to Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) and other logistics related technological solutions.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ), a part of globally diversified Adani Group, is the largest integrated logistics player in India.
