Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled on Tuesday, 28 December 2021, to consider declaration of Interim Dividend for financial year 2021-22. Further in pursuance of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administrative rules, 2014, it is informed that the Company has proposed to fix Friday 07 January 2022, as the Record Date for reckoning eligibility of shareholders for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22, if any, declared by the Board of Directors in its Meeting scheduled to be held on 28 December 2021.
