Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) is all set to increase the frequency of Ahmedabad-Mumbai Central Tejas Express to 5 days (Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday) a week from December 22. Currently, the said train is running for 4 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday) a week.

IRCTC is the only entity authorised by the Indian railways to provide catering services to railways, online railway tickets and packaged drinking water at railway stations and trains in India.
