3i Infotech has informed that Pravir Kumar Vohra (DIN-00082545), Non-Executive Director of the Company, being eligible, had offered himself for re-appointment under Section 152 of the Companies Act 2013 at the 28th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company. Subsequently, the item for re-appointment of Pravir Kumar Vohra was included as part of the notice of the 28th AGM which was held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 02:00 p.m. As per the combined results of the remote e-voting and the e-voting conducted at the AGM declared today, December 16, 2021, the resolution in respect of re-appointment of Pravir Kumar Vohra has not been passed with the requisite majority. In view of this, Pravir Kumar Vohra ceases to be a Non-Executive Director of the Company effective December 15, 2021.
