Bharti Airtel is all set to acquire additional upto 2.86% stake in Vahan Inc. Airtel, via its Startup Accelerator Program, aims to support growth of early stage tech startups and partner with them in building significant scale to achieve its vision. The said acquisition is expected to be completed by June 30, 2022 subject to the receipt of requisite regulatory and statutory approvals.
