Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (Mahindra Finance) has received an approval for the allotment of 2,755 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 10,00,000 each, at a discount, aggregating to Rs 277.05 crore (including accrued interest). A Meeting of the duly authorised Committee was held on December 17, 2021 has approved the allotment of the same.
