S Chand And Company together with its wholly owned subsidiaries -- Vikas Publishing House and Chhaya Prakashani have completed the first tranche of investment of Rs 5.67 crore in iNeuron Intelligence (iNeuron). Against this investment the Company, Vikas Publishing House and Chhaya Prakashani have been allotted equity shares and Series A Compulsory convertible preference shares of iNeuron.
