An uncertified copy of the said Order is made available on the Hon'ble NCLT website. The Order of the Hon'ble NCLT as uploaded on their website is attached for your record. The Scheme will become effective once the Order of the Hon'ble NCLT is filed by ACPL, ABPL and HFL with the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
