Pursuant to the provisions of Section 103 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Secretarial Standard on General Meetings, the Resolution Professional has decided to convene the adjourned AGM on Monday, 27th December, 2021 at 11:30 AM (IST) through VC/OAVM.
