Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Xtglobal Infotech has informed that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Hyderabad bench has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Xenosoft Technologies (India), wholly owned subsidiary Company with XTGlobal Infotech (Transferee Company). Copy of the order certified on 22nd December, 2021 received by the Company is attached for reference. Pursuant to the provisions thereof, the Scheme has become effective from the said date.
