Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 54,00,111.97 crore on December 27 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 6,31,18,138.

Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 37,562.45 crore, Stock Futures Rs 1,18,072.13 crore and Index Options Rs 50,35,726.26 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 2,08,751.13 crore.
