Lippi Systems has entered into agreement for the sale and transfer of machineries with Image Gravures, a partnership firm (the Buyer). The sale and transfer of assets has been agreed for an aggregate consideration of is Rs 9.45 crore plus GST and other taxes as applicable.
The agreement for sale has been entered after obtaining necessary approvals from the Board of Directors, Shareholders, Bankers and other Regulatory bodies and authorities, as applicable.
Lippi Systems is engaged in the manufacture of rotogravure cylinders by Digital Engraving Process for packaging, decorative i.e. laminates & other gravure printing industries.
