As per the Company's Code of Conduct for trading in Listed Securities, SKM Egg Products Export (India) has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Directors/ connected persons/ Designated persons of the Company from 1st January, 2022 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021 to the Public. Accordingly, all Directors/connected Persons/Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
