In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), Kerala Ayurveda has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for purchasing/ selling/ dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed effective from 31st December, 2021 for designated persons (and their immediate relatives) and will be opened 48 hours after announcement of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 31st December, 2021 to the Stock Exchange.
