Brookfield India Real Estate Trust REIT has informed that the trading window for trading in units of Brookfield India Real Estate Trust will be closed with effect from Saturday, January 01, 2022 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, circulars issued by the stock exchanges and Policy on unpublished price sensitive information and dealing in units of Brookfield India Real Estate Trust. The trading window shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for quarter ended December 31, 2021. The date of board meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
