In accordance with the Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons and their immediate relative of the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Monind has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) with effect from January 01, 2022 for the purpose of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2021.
