National General Industries has informed that pursuant to BSE Circular No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed from the end of the quarter 31st December, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021. Accordingly, all the Promoters, Directors, and connected persons/designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021 will be informed in due course.
