One 97 Communications has informed that on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on Thursday, December 30, 2021 has approved the appointment of Madhur Deora as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effective from January 1, 2022 in place of Vikas Garg who will be moving to a new role within the Paytm Group. The aforesaid appointment has also been approved by the Audit Committee of the Company.
