Electrosteel Castings has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, as covered under the Code, from 1 January, 2022 and shall open 48 hours after the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending 31 December, 2021 are submitted to the Stock Exchanges. The date of the Board Meeting to be held for the consideration and approval of the aforesaid Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company will be communicated in due course of time.
