Pioneer Distilleries has informed that the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee have appointed Nimish Shah (DIN: 05250183) as an Additional Director, with effect from 31st December 2021 in place of Gopal Kothari, who resigned from the position of Director. The Company has also confirmed that Nimish Shah is not debarred from holding the office of director pursuant to any SEBI order or any other authorities.
