Starlog Enterprises has informed that Board of the Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 3/1/2022, have concluded that in view of unforeseen circumstances, the EGM scheduled to be held on 7th January, 2022, shall stand cancelled. The e-voting facility provided by the Company for voting on the said item of business also stands cancelled. The inconvenience caused to the Members of the Company on account of cancellation of the EGM is deeply regretted.
