Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Anupam Finserv has informed that it enclosed the copy of Postal Ballot Notice dated December 22, 2021. The aforesaid Notice is sent to the members whose names appear in the Register of Members/List of Beneficial Owners as on the Cut-off date being Friday, December 24, 2021, on their registered email address. The Company has engaged NSDL to offer e-voting facility to all its members to enable them to cast their votes electronically. The e-voting period will commence on Monday, January 10, 2022 at 9.00 am (IST) and ends on Tuesday, February 08, 2022 at 5.00 pm (IST). The said Postal Ballot Notice will also be made available on the website of the Company www.anupamfinserv.com.
