Continental Petroleums has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1st January, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2021. Accordingly, the designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of Board Meeting to consider and take on record the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2021 will be intimated separately.
