Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 70,41,073.06 crore on January 4 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 7,83,40,729.

Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 29,954.24 crore, Stock Futures Rs 56,808.27 crore and Index Options Rs 67,89,948.78 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 1,64,361.77 crore.
