In furtherance to the earlier communication dated May 07, 2019 and in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, Bharti Airtel has informed that: a) upon approval of Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal and the Department of Telecommunications, the Composite scheme of arrangement between Bharti Airtel (the company), Bharti Airtel Services, Hughes Communications India and HCIL Comtel and their respective shareholders and creditors under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, has become effective on Tuesday, January 04, 2022 and b) the Company holds ~ 33% stake in Hughes Communications India with effect from January 04, 2022. The details as required to be disclosed under aforesaid Regulation 30 read with SEBI Circular dated September 9, 2015, are enclosed.
