Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Info Edge (India) has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company will consider the proposal to declare an Interim Dividend, for the financial year 2021-22 in a meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, January 7, 2022. Further, in accordance with Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Tuesday, January 18, 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the name of members eligible for receipt of said Interim Dividend. This however is subject to the declaration of the Interim Dividend by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting to be held on January 7, 2022. As already intimated through its communication dated December 31, 2021, in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed effective January 1, 2022 and shall re-open 48 hours after the declaration and publication of Financial Results for the Quarter & Nine months ended December 31, 2021.
