Centum Electronics has informed that, pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, KFin Technologies , Registrar and Transfer Agents of the Company has received the intimation for loss of Share Certificate and request for issuance of duplicate Share Certificate from the Shareholder of the Company. The company enclosed a copy of the proof of the date of receipt of information as acknowledged by its Registrar and Transfer Agent for the same. The company shall issue the duplicate Share Certificate only after the necessary formalities are carried out by the respective Shareholder.
