Moody's - Rating of 'Baa2' with a 'Stable' outlook. ii. S&P Global Ratings - Rating of 'BBB+' with a 'Stable' outlook. There is no change in the rating and the rating assigned by Moddy's and S&P Global Rating has remained unchanged.
